If you are enrolling a new student for the 2012-2013 school year, you can dowload the enrollment forms to save time. Bring the completed forms with you to your individual school site beginning August 2nd to enroll. All forms are required to complete enrollment with the exception of the Initial Enrollment Prior Participation Form which is required for pre-k, kindergarten, and first grade students that are entering public school for the first time.
