Parents are responsible for providing up-to-date immunization records at the time of enrollment.


The Oklahoma Caring Van Program

 

The Oklahoma Caring Van Program delivers immunizations to protect children and adolescents from dangerous illnesses at no cost to their families. The Oklahoma Caring Van Program offers all vaccines required for school and child care enrollment. Immunizations are administered by public health nurses who specialize in immunizations. All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Legal guardians must have appropriate paper work.  For more information regarding immunizations, please call the Oklahoma County Immunization Coalition at 425-4404. www.ocic.info
