Bomber Spirit Saturday: October 20th after the ACT test, 1:00pm until 3:00. Look for your blooms in the spring!!

MCHS Planners: This is our only fundraiser - please do your share by selling five (5) planners - remember 1 point for every planner sold. Please turn in your planner money!

NHS Blood Drive: October 2?, 2012 from 8:00 until 2:00 in the Old Gym. Sign up donors - earn 1 point for every donors/attempted donors! Get the forms from Mrs. Bailey. Donors must be 16 (with a guardian's signature) or older - MCHS students/faculty/staff only, please.

St. Luke's Fall Festival:

Holiday Lights: Beginning December 1 until December 30, 2012. There will be two shifts - 5:45 to 8:15 and 8:15 to 10:15; four people will be needed for each shift. You may double shift. NHS will be 'Greeters' located at the display entrance located off of 15th street on Century Blvd. at the end of the street. Sign up with Mrs. Bailey.

Hanging of the Green: Tuesday, November 27(?) in the Commons, 6:30 pm until 7:30. Bring a canned food item, earn a point! Check in with Kristen.

REMINDER: All NHS members & candidates are to earn 5 of their service points in the area of tutoring.

Monroney Middle School: After School Remediation program, 3:30 - 4:30pm, Tuesdays & Wednesdays. See Mrs. Bailey for details.

Math tutoring: Ms. Cahill and Ms. Dobbs can use help with math tutoring - see either of them for details.

Freshmen tutoring will begin in Sept. in the Forum in the morning and during lunch. See Ms. Broiles for details.

MWC Metropolitan Library tutoring - See Ms. Monroe in the MCHS library.

Elementary Schools: Go back to your elementary school and see if they need help in their media center or with reading to or tutoring of students. Always check in with the front office before proceeding to a classroom. If you are tutoring, please be consistent (Ex. every Tuesday).
