This series is great for anyone interested in Science Fiction. It is best to read them in order - "Uglies", "Pretties", "Specials". You might also like to read the newest in the series "Extras".

Title - Inkspell

Author - Cornelia Funke

Category - Science Fiction

Inkspell starts just where Inkheart left off.  One year after incident, Meggie, Moe, Resa, Elinor, and Darius's lives are just starting to become normal again.  Yet there will always be that memory of Capricorn's village in their minds.  Dustfinger finds another reader name Orpheus.  Orpheus reads Dustfinger back into Inkheart, but he left Farid behind.  Then Basta comes and takes the book away from Farid, so Farid takes the piece of paper and runs to Meggie.  Then my favorite part came up.  Meggie did what not other reader can.  She read herself and Farid both into the book at the same time.  The rest is for you to find out!

Title - The Giver

Author - Lois Lowry

Category - Science Fiction

Reviewed by - Rita Miller - 6th Grade

The Giver is a good book.  There is a world unlike ours where there is sameness.  They are given assignments and no one has choices. Choices are made for them by the Council of Elders.  They also can not see color and can not hear music.  It is a world where beyond their community there is no sameness.
