Notice of Non-Discrimation  

As required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation

Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Title IX of the

Education Amendments of 1972, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Notice of

Non-discrimination shall be disseminated to all stakeholders.

The statement shall be noted as follows:

It is the policy of Mid-Del Public School District No. I-52 not to discriminate on the basis

of race, color, national origin, sex, veteran status, disability, or age in its programs, services,

and activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the

Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Title IX of

the Education Amendments of 1972, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.
