Welcome to Tinker Elementary! 

Hi,

My name is Sean Trent. I am very proud and excited to be serving this community, as the new Principal at Tinker Elementary. Our School is committed to serving the students, parents, and stake-holders in this community.

This is my 12th year in serving the Mid-Del community, as either a teacher or an administrator. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1999 with a degree in Elementary Education. In 2004, I received my Master's Degree in Education Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. I also earned my National Board Teaching Certification in 2004. My wonderful time in the classroom was as a fifth and sixth grade teacher for seven years at Parkview Elementary. I have served as an Assistant Principal at Highland Park Elementary and Soldier Creek Elementary.

I strongly believe in the mission of the Mid-Del School District. Our students will be safe at Tinker Elementary. Every student will be challenged to grow and develop to their fullest potential. Finally, our students will be prepared and ready for the next steps and challenges in their lives when they leave our school.
