These videos are the most comprehensive histories of the Mid-Del Community and its schools that exist. I put these together over the course of several years using a variety of community and district archives.

This video was an 8 month journey through comminity archives and  resources. It was produced in 2000 and is only video documentary of its  kind featuring the "Early Years" of this community. Former Jarman drama  teacher, Mr. Jeff Hames, narrarated this video and spent numerous hours  working with Mrs. Bill Sutton, retired Mid-Del educator, as we researched and produced this video.  The young  women that discusses Oscar V. Rose is Mr. Sutton's late grandmother, Gladis  Turner, a 30 year plus employee of Mid-Del and community member since its beginnings. Mr. Sutton was very proud to have shared her memories and document the people and events in this video for posterity.

This video is a tribute to one of Mid-Del Schools founding fathers, Mr.  J.E. Sutton. It was produced from his original 35mm slides and a  cassette recording of a 1982 PTA presentation discussing the history of  the school district. This is the most comprehensive history of the  school district that exists today. Other images from various  community groups were gathered to insert into Mr. Sutton's speech.
