Immunization Information

Beginning with the 2011-2012 school year Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis) vaccine will be required for students in the 7th grade in Oklahoma schools.  Tdap is a booster dose of tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis  vaccines.  One dose of Tdap is routinely recommended at 11 through 12 years of age. 

Tdap Clinics for 6th grade students will be held at all Mid-Del Middle Schools according to the following schedule. Students will receive information packets at school a week before the clinic. Forms are also available under the Documents section of this webpage.
