Mrs. Patrice L. Tucker, Principal

Greetings All! My name is Patrice L. Tucker. I am honored to be the new principal at Steed Elementary School. This will be my 5th year as a head principal and my 18th year as an educator. I have been a classroom teacher, reading facilitator, assistant & head principal. My K-12th grade years were spent in California; however, my husband was a Charger & a Titan. The Chargers have a long standing history in the Mid-Del District and I am excited about the opportunity. I look forward to working with our students, staff, parents and community partners to build upon the successes than have been established in years past.

Our "All Star" faculty will be preparing students to be college, career and citizen ready this year. Each day we open the doors at Steed, we will be looking for ways to improve, strengthen and grow academically. Success is defined as a "favorable outcome or result." We plan to have many success stories by the end of the year. With that being said, we encourage your support and participation, as well. We will see you soon!

Mark Your Calendar... Enrollment begins August 2nd from 10 a.m. - Noon & 1-3 p.m. daily. I would like everyone to enroll prior to August 14th, which is Meet Your Teacher Night. Thanks in advance for helping us achieve this goal.
