(Reserved for Retired Mid-Del teachers, substitutes who worked 30 days or more in the 11-12 school year, or have been substitutes in Mid-Del the past 3 consecutive yrs.)

General Substitute Training

August 7, 2012  - Tuesday  -   9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

August 22, 2012  - Wednesday  - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

August 29, 2012  - Wednesday  - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

September 12, 2012 - Wednesday  - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

September 26, 2012 - Wednesday  - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

October 10, 2012  -   Wednesday  - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

  All meetings take place in the Board Room at the Mid-Del Schools Administration Building located at 7217 S.E. 15th Street, Midwest City.

Prospective substitutes must bring their social security card, valid picture ID (i.e. driver’s license), and high school transcript or diploma to the training. If you are a certified teacher in the state of Oklahoma, please bring a current copy of your teaching certificate.

All new substitutes will be required to go to the State Department of Education in Oklahoma City to have an FBI background search processed.  This will need to be paid for at the SDE, the cost is $59.00, payable by personal check, money order, certified check, cashier’s check or credit card.  More detailed information will be given during Substitute Training.
