 Science Mid-Del district science instruction is aligned with Oklahoma State Department of Education C3/Pass Science Standards and Objectives. The science curriculum at each grade level is focues on process skills as well as content knowledge. In the effort to maximize student learning opportunites and achievement, Mid-Del science teachers are highly supported and MINDS-ON student learning. Order and transition of process skills and content knowledge are arranged so that one complements the other with each being equally taught and intewoven throughout the year. State testing in science occurs in the 5th and 8th grades in the form of an Oklahoma Core Curriculum Test (OCCT) and in high school Biology I with an End-of-Instruction (EOI) exam.
