WELCOME....WELCOME....WELCOME to Rene' Mateo's Advanced Learning Classrooms at Townsend and Del City Elementary!!!  I will be at Townsend on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday and at Del City Elementary on Wednesday and Thursday.

  Hello!  I am so excited to have your child in my Advanced Learning class!  I have been a teacher in the Mid-Del district for eighteen years and continue to serve with pride!  Art is my passion and I have been an art teacher at Epperly Heights Elementary for the last ten years.  I am thrilled to be bringing the art world to my new Tigers and Panthers!  Technology will be a priority in the AL classroom.  I have received a $1000 grant from Walmart and have purchased a MacBook laptop for my students to use to create podcasts, iMovies, and computer animation.  This is going to be a great year!  Thank you for sharing your amazing children with me!
