Administrative Staff This department has four (4) employees. Director of Maintenance and Construction, Maintenance Supervisor, and 2 Administrative assistants.

Director: Jim Mitchell

  • Oversees the maintenance department and employees
  • Coordinates special bond issues construction projects and works with architects and general contractors
  • Any other projects assigned by the Superintendent

 

Maintenance Supervisor: Mike Bryan

  • Oversees the Maintenance Department grounds and employees
  • Coordinates projects between sites and maintenance department
  • Conducts interviews with prospective new employees

 

Administrative Secretaries: Peggy Rose & Donna Sherman

  • Taking calls from schools and channeling them to the proper area of maintenance
  • Record keeping for all areas of the maintenance department including: typing requisitions, keeping track of all purchase orders, receiving and paying invoices
  • Receiving all work orders that are generated and distributing them to the proper department
  • Keeping employees time records
  • Bid opening for new construction projects
  • Keeping current records for ongoing construction project
  • Taking care of any other correspondence required
