Administrative Staff This department has four (4) employees. Director of Maintenance and Construction, Maintenance Supervisor, and 2 Administrative assistants.
Director: Jim Mitchell
- Oversees the maintenance department and employees
- Coordinates special bond issues construction projects and works with architects and general contractors
- Any other projects assigned by the Superintendent
Maintenance Supervisor: Mike Bryan
- Oversees the Maintenance Department grounds and employees
- Coordinates projects between sites and maintenance department
- Conducts interviews with prospective new employees
Administrative Secretaries: Peggy Rose & Donna Sherman
- Taking calls from schools and channeling them to the proper area of maintenance
- Record keeping for all areas of the maintenance department including: typing requisitions, keeping track of all purchase orders, receiving and paying invoices
- Receiving all work orders that are generated and distributing them to the proper department
- Keeping employees time records
- Bid opening for new construction projects
- Keeping current records for ongoing construction project
- Taking care of any other correspondence required
