School Year 2013-2014
*Enrollment will begin August 1st and continue until August 14th. Our office will be open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. each day for parents to verify their address, update the student information sheet and complete lunch forms. You may also enroll for Bailey’s Pound, our before/after school daycare program at that time. We encourage parents to stop by our office during this time so that we know who will be attending Cleveland Bailey. Remember...Proof of Residence is required each year for all students. You may use your August gas, electric or water bill to verify your address. Rental property requires a lease agreement reflecting the address, tenant names (including school age children), agent's name, address and phone number and also a gas, electric or water bill for address verification.
August 15, 2013 "Back-to-School Night" will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 15.. This is a time to meet teachers and to drop off school supplies. The cafeteria will be open for parents who want to make sure there is money in their child(ren)'s lunch account. Representatives from our PTA will be here to talk with parents about their program.
August 15, 2013 Pre-K Parent Meeting will be held in the Cafeteria beginning at 5:30 PM. It is very important that at least one parent of every child attend this meeting. The Parent Meeting is an opportunity for parents to learn about our Pre-K program and to have the opportunity to ask any questions. Please note…Pre-K students are NOT expected to attend this meeting.

 Congratulations to Cleveland Bailey Elementary for being named a National Blue Ribbon School for 2011!The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program honors public and private schools based on one of two criteria: Schools whose students are high performing.These are schools ranked among each state’s highest performing schools as measured by their performance on state assessments or, in the case of private schools, that score at the highest performance level on nationally normed tests; or schools with at least 40 percent of their students from disadvantaged backgrounds that improve student performance to high levels as measured by the school’s performance on state assessments or nationally normed tests. The U.S. Department of Education will honor the six Oklahoma schools as part of the 255 public and 49 private schools chosen from the nation with their National Blue Ribbon School awards at a conference and awards ceremony Nov. 14-15 in Washington, D.C. |
