The Mission of Epperly Heights Elementary is to help students gain the skills to become life-long learners in a safe environment. "Working together to achieve our personal best!" Epperly Heights Elementary School located in Del City, Oklahoma brings a rich tradition to education.

Epperly has been in the business of educating young people of Del City, Oklahoma since 1952. As Del City's population grew, Epperly Heights reflected the same growth, which included several building expansions.

The education at Epperly Heights Elementary has truly been passed down from generation to generation with third generation students attending the school and former students teaching and working at Epperly Heights Elementary.

Our expectations and pride go beyond the label of being a "Title I School." We believe that we are a "#1 Title School." Epperly continues to serve a diverse and ever changing population. This is reflected in the high turnover rate of student population in one school year. As a neighborhood school, we have seen the changes in our population just as Del City has embraced change. While many of our children come from families that have their roots embedded deep in the Del City community, we also have children that are new to the Del City community with the expansion of apartment complexes and new development. This gives us a very rich diversity and blend of professionals, blue-collar workers, and retired persons.

Epperly Heights welcomes the future and knows that every child that enters this building deserves the very best from each and every one of us. We are committed to meeting the needs of each child in a diverse population. We are developing and implementing the educational goals that have been established with the understanding that every child can learn.
