Mrs. Weston is a certified special education teacher and has taught in the field of special education since 1975. She attended OCU and UCO, earning a BS in Learning Disabilities and a M. Ed. in General Special Education. She also holds certification in Secondary School Administration and is Highly Qualified in math, science, social studies, English, reading and elementary education. Mrs. Weston designed and implemented the SNAP program for the Mid-Del School System in 2000. Mrs. Weston was selected as the area Wal-Mart Teacher of the Year for 2002.

Mr. Couch serves as a teaching assistant for the high school section of the SNAP program. He graduated high school in Texas and is attending Rose State persuing a degree in education. Mr. Couch serves as an assistant football coach for Carl Albert Jr. High, basketball coach for East Side Elementary and is the director and head coach for the Oklahoma Slam youth basketball league. Mr. Couch was named one of Oklahoma's Home Town Heroes for 2006.

Mr. Breeden has taught in the field of special education since 1995 and is a graduate of UCO with a BS in Learning Disabilities and M.Ed. in Educational Administration.

Mrs. Rittgers serves as the teaching assistant in the elementary and middle school classroom. She is currently persuing a degree in special education at UCO and wishes to teach in the Mid-Del system upon graduation.
